Today was another wonderful Sunday at Camp Merri-Mac! We kicked off today with an extra hour of sleep and cinnamon rolls! After breakfast, we headed down to chapel, worshipped the Lord, and heard another true story from The Robin. They gave an amazing skit about Joseph and his coat of many colors, displaying how God has a plan and purpose for everything!

After chapel, our girls got to participate in one of the most exciting Sunday activities, the Triathlon! The girls who participated showed determination, perseverance, and impressive athleticism as they swam, biked, and ran all through camp!

After the events earlier in the day, girls got to spend time with their cabins, growing friendships, and getting some rest. Blue Heaven, Sundrop, and Comet had fun getting to free swim in Lake Doris while Happy Hollow, Jiggity Jig, and Jiggity Jog had a blast on the slip and slide! Even the Tweedle cabins got some water-related fun as they played in the sprinklers on the Turf!

As always, we closed out our Sunday with the famous cookout and Vespers, where girls dressed in a theme that their cabin chose! Some memorable ones were Little Dipper as BBQ Dads, The Robin as Trolls, and Blue Heaven as Smurfs! We are so thankful for days like these at camp and can’t wait for so many more!

Having a wonderful summer,
