Happy Monday Merri-Mac!

The girls have gotten into the groove here at camp. After a restful Sunday, the girls are pumped
to resume their daily activities. Today we woke up to french toast and sausage. In the middle of
breakfast, the girls were surprised to hear Hip-Hooray, this is where all the girls have to leave
the dining hall and walk around the big house before they can get back to their seats.

After breakfast, the girls ran to chapel for worship. We sang Jesus Paid It All, Pharoh Pharoh,
and Oceans. Today’s message was led by Katie Maxwell, a Tweedle counselor. She talked
about how God asks us to seek Him, even though He is already there for us.

After chapel, the girls headed back to their cabins to get ready for their activities. Some of the
daily activities included a world cup in soccer where girls were put into teams based on a nation
of their choice, and competed in elimination rounds. In cooking, girls made mac and cheese and
yummy pigs in a blanket. During volleyball, girls practiced their bars which included learning
how to serve and dig. In guitar, girls could choose their favorite song to learn and play in front of
the class.

After a fun lunch (quesadillas), the girls headed to rest hour and then to grab some snacks from
the Trading Post. During free time, some girls hosted a pickleball tournament for junior and bear
camp. The tweedle cabins had a blast during free swim.

All the girls were most excited about today’s evening activity, CABIN NIGHT! This night is
extremely special because each cabin plans something fun such as free swim, s’mores, kickball,
slip-n-slide, and more! This is a time for the girls to form lasting friendships with girls from their
cabin.
We are so excited for what tomorrow has to bring!
