Happy Monday!

This morning we woke up to birds chirping and blue skies! We then headed down to breakfast to enjoy French toast sticks and sausage links. In chapel today Caroline Mank talked about “Who is Jesus” and read from Luke. We then headed to our activities. In backpacking today we learned about fire safety and made s’mores! In volleyball we worked a bars and in knitting we worked on our projects!

For lunch we had a camp classic greek day! At lunch evening activity was announced and drumroll… CABIN NIGHT! A night to hangout with your cabin and enjoy time together. This also means Sunnyside Trip, this is the oldest campers and they get dressed up and go to dinner together. We then headed to rest hour and wrote letters, made friendship bracelets, and read our books. In cheerleading we worked on cheers and stunts. In PAWS we taught the puppies tricks and in drama we performed little skits.

We came down to dinner to enjoy cheese tortellini with vegetables and at the hot bar was rice and beans. We then dismissed to cabin night! Rainbow, Stardust, and The Robin at the slip n’ slide. Comet performed a skit. Cabins also did milkshakes, dance parties, and just spending quality time with one another! Overall today was filled with laughter and making memories that will last a lifetime!
