Dear Mom and Dad,

I am having so much fun at camp, and I wanted to write to you about some of my favorite things I did today…

Enos with friends and plenty of laughter,

Omelets for breakfast and classes began after.

The tables will clear and we’ll all start to sing.

These are a few of my favorite things.

Cobbler in cooking and songs in guitar,

Tennis and yoga and knitting with yarn,

Slab mugs in pottery and the lake in swimming.

These are a few of my favorite things.

Girls in tribe jerseys and initiation,

Riflery, Drama, and DIY creations,

Rolls in kayaking and bathing puppies.

These are a few of my favorite things.

When the summer ends

When I must leave

When I’m feeling sad

I’ll simply remember camp Merri-Mac

And then I won’t feel so bad.

Not even the rain can stop the amazing activities, friendships and memories being made here at camp!
